Misaeng

“A path is not just where you’re walking, but where you’re walking in order to move forward. A path, which you can’t move forward on, is not a path. A path is opened to everyone, but not everyone can have that path.” -Jang Geu Rae-

A few days ago I watched a really good drama, a Korean Drama entitle “Misaeng”. It has been a while since I watched a Korean Drama. What makes this drama interesting is because this drama is not like a typical Korean melodrama.
This “Misaeng” drama genre is human drama, what a rare genre for a Korean drama (in my opinion). The storyline was about the 26 years old Jang Geu Rae who found his own path of life, what he really wants in his life and he pursue for that dream of his. When you do your best, nothing is impossible. The story began when 26 years old Baduk (Otelo) player, Jang Geu Rae, accepted in an international trading company. Jang Geu Rae is a Baduk player; since he was a child his dream is to become a professional Baduk player. He has nothing but his Baduk, Baduk is his life. However, he fails at the Baduk final exam to become a professional, moreover Jang Geu Rae has to face the real life and left his Baduk behind. The inexperience Jang Geu Rae only has General Educational Development (GED) on his resume. Through an acquaintance's recommendation, he gets hired as an intern at One International, a large trading company. With only GED in his hand, Jang Geu Rae became the bullied victim from the other workers.  Work life is not easy for Jang Geu Rae. In One International Company, Jang Geu Rae has to face the real world that totally different from the one he has in his Baduk life, he meets much kind of people. In his work life, Jang Geu Rae learns to navigate and adapt to the corporate culture, with Baduk as his guidance.
In One International Jang Geu Rae joined sales team 3 with Oh Sang shik as his manager. Being the bullied victim and underestimated by other worker, Jang Geu Rae, lucky to have such a solid and warm team. Even though Oh Sang shik is a workaholic but he has a warm personality, he is really a good boss, he thinks about all of his staffs a lot. Once Oh Sang shik ever told Jang Geu Rae that “Surviving means going towards a complete life because we are all incomplete lives”, that is why Jang Geu Rae need to struggle himself to survive in his hard life; and this saying inspiring Jang Geu Rae a lot in his life.
I like this drama a lot, this drama become one of my favorite ones ever. This drama has strong characters. Aside from the main character, Jang Geu Rae, I have another favorite character in this drama that is Han Seok Yool. Some people may find Han Seok Yool a weird character but for me he is a really good character; he knows what he wants and he knows how to get what he wants. Furthermore, Han Seok Yool (Fabric Team 1) is a very good friend. Han Seok Yool is good in the way he is.
My favorite scene of the drama was when Oh Sang shik the manager of sales team 3 asked Jang Geu Rae, Ahn Young Yi (Resource Team 2), Jang Baek Ki (Steel Team), and Han Seok Yool (Fabric Team 1) to help Sun Ji Young (Chief of Sales Team 1). To finish the work all of them rented a room in the hotel and they worked throughout the weekend. I really like how the characters’ bond built in this drama. Every character in the drama built and improved naturally. I recommend this drama to everyone who love a non melodrama genre.
Actually there is a reason behind why I watched this drama which is no other than Nakajima Yuto. Ahahahaa… what do you expect from this blog, this is Nakajima Yuto die hard fan's blog after all. Hehehe… Even a friend of mime was wondering why I really wanted to watch a Korean drama so bad while she knew I am not really into Korean drama. Blamed Nakajima Yuto for that!!!! Ahahaha...

This Misaeng drama will be adapted into Japanese drama in July; Nakajima Yuto will play as Ichinose Ayumu which is Jang Geu Rae in the Korean version. To make this drama will be more special that in this drama there will be Seto Koji and Sakurada Dori also. Really can’t wait for the Japanese version.

The 4th Period Mystery

A few days ago I watched a Korean movie entitle 4th Period Mystery; I bumped into this movie was because my boredom took over my mood that day. This is an old movie, this movie was released in Korean on August 12, 2009. But, this movie still good to watch furthermore if you into detective genre movie.
The storyline of this movie was about students who solve the mystery of the death of their classmate in the fourth period. One day in their normal school life, Jong hoon who was the best student in the country found his classmate who was also his rival Tae gyu death in classroom with blood all over his body. If Jong hoon was the model student then Tae gyu was the opposite of Jong hoon, Tae gyu was the bad type student.
That day, Jong hoon and Tae gyu was grounded by their homeroom teacher so they did not leave the class while the other students went outside do PE.
That day, Jong hoon had a little quarrel with Tae gyu and Tae gyu a little cross the line; he gave a knife to Jong hoon who the emotion was at the peak of his head. At that time Jong hoon in a ready to attack position when there's a  girl took a picture of them. Jong hoon left Tae gyu in the class to the bathroom when he felt he really need a cool air to clam his down. In the bath room, Jong hoon met his home room teacher and the teacher advised him to not be like Tae gyu the bad student. That teacher of him was got a trauma because his son's dead and the teacher treat Jong hoon as his own son.
Once Jong hoon back to the class he was surprised because he found Tae gyu's shirt was full of blood and there's a knife there. Out of his panicked, Jonh hoon took the knife from the floor; at that moment Da jung (the most wierd student) came to the class.
Da jung who was the detective freak try to read the situation there in the class room and thought some possibilities of the case. And the real story began. Jong hoon with the help of Da jung tried to find who was the real criminal.
one of my favorite scene of the movie, when they think about the possibilities of the criminal.
Personally, I like this movie. Why? Because I think this was the first Korean movie I watched had a focus detective story even at the end of the movie was just like any other Korean movie will always had a kissing scene. However, over all the movie dragged us to find who was the real criminal along with the characters.
But, there's something that that I don't understand about the movie, I think. That was, how Jong hoon the most popular student become so close to Da jung whom the most weird student, they even exchanged email in the class.
Over all, I like the movie. You'll not know the real criminal until you watched it till the end of the movie.

Birthday!

Konbanwa Minna!!!
Minna genki kai? ^__- These past few days was really an energetic days. My tension was up higher then ever. ahahaha.... Back to fandom makes me in high tension. There were so many things happened in fandom from Kinki Kids's new single "Yume wo Mireba Kizutsuku Koto mo Aru" (I really love this single), then I knew that our lovely boy Nakajima Yuto will have "Keiji Balerino" drama (I wonder if this drama will be a comedy? drama) and I am so grateful that I have fandom a place where I can release my hard RL. hehehe...
Then this, Dongwanie birthday's coming! One of my favorite Korean ever! Kim Dong Wan, one of Shinhwa's members who was born in 21st of November 1979 and he just released his album D (if I am not mistaken). I just knew him actually, since I into Shinhwa since last May.
I still do not know much about him. At the first glance over Shinhwa, he was not my favorite one however as the time goes by Dongwanie turned into my most favorite member over other members. As not  a Korean fans, I actually not know much about Korean fandom life. However, since the first time I follow Shinhwa I think this Dongwanie is  really a cool person. He did what he likes. He loves to learn many things, he love to learn languages and he has a high social awareness. (I think. Personal opinion) I really like this Kim Dong Wan person. A cool person. Even though sometimes people think he is a joy kill and other members think that he was not funny and annoying but for me he still cool. ahahaaa... because I am bias. Other members ever said that he need to do plastic surgery since he has so many wrinkles. Funny, but I like the way Dongwanie is. There is no need to do plastic surgery since he cool as he is. Happy Birthday Dongwanie. Stay cool as always!
Next person is this person, Jang Doong Woo. Really nothing much I could say about this person because I just knew him last week. ahahah... My first impression over this person was energetic person. Someone who always have extra energy over his body. One of Infinite members, who was born in 22nd of November 1990.  My sister said that DongWoo is an easy person. He is really emotional person, can be so happy easily and he can cry out his heart easily over some things that touched his heart. He is the one who feel really grateful over what Infinite has done so far.
And what make I gave my eyes over this Dong Woo person was because my sister said that he is just like me, could be so happy and sad easily. Was that a compliment actually? Hahaha...
But, Whatever it was I want to say Happy Birthday to Jang Dong Woo.
Stay as you are, stay cheerful and do not let that spirit that you have on you gone away! ^^
Lastly 23rd of November, It's my birthday! I want to say a Happy Birthday to me! Hahaha... Someone ever said like this to me, "you like to see cool people, but how about you yourself? Don't you want to be a part of that cool people also? Are you want to end up as a watcher?" The answer is I really want to be a part of them. I want to show people around me that I could do something also, that I could be a person that can be rely on. I really wish that one day I could be a part of them. In this new age of me, I want to pursue myself to find what I really want in this life, and how I could be there, be a part of that cool people. hehehe.... Happy birthday to me!!
Birthday! always one of my favorite days ever, because we are the spot-lite on that day. Happy Birthday Dongwanie! Happy Birthday Dong Woo and Happy Birthday to me! ^__-

Konnichiwa Minna~
Genkikai?
This past week I was not really into internet because of some RL problem. Really RL is killing me. How I wish to stop the time at this moment; because I am so happy at this very moment.
It was not disappointed me at all when I turned on my computer and checked Oricon.co.jp; what greet me wasa happy news, that is Oricon weekly chart and JUMP no ウィークエンダー/明日へのYELL is on the top rank as expected. So happy. Still waiting my own copy to arrive.
Minna did you watch the 8th Ep of SuiYan last Saturday? Wah! I was so LOVE it. I LOVE that Ep so much. I like how the relationship between Naoya and Nagisa goes. Ah!! as expected from someone who carving for Yuto's love story. Next dorama please give yuto a love story dorama. Even Yuma had a love story's dorama. *ahahahaha*
Last night, I've just done re-watching Yuma's Piece, and now I listen to Matchbox twenty's North album all day long. *ahahahaaaa* Piece effect. Talking about Yuma, yesterday Yuma has just released his new singel Get Up! 10th of September 2014. The first day of Get Up! is a bit suprising me, it was  2,361K  on the first day sales. I don't know if it is just me. Another surprised was coming from the second place of the Oricon Chart, that is B1A4. I do not know that this group is popular in Japan. I knew one of the B1A4 members, that is Baro. I ever seen him in a dorama once, Reply 1994
You know what, I believe that Yuma has a great fans. Do you remember that yuma's fans ever made yuma's first single back to the top chart Oricon again in yuma's birthday? That is one proof how great yuma's fans. As great as yuma's fans JUMP also has a wonderful Tobikkos also so does to B1A4, omedettou JUMP, Omedettou B1A4.
Tha's all!
Jya!

Reply 1994

Konbannu Minna sama,
Another post of me about Korea~ It's not like I go crazy over Korea and forgot about my lovely JUMP. No, not at all. It's just because last night I just finished watching this Korean dorama entitled "Reply 1994". It has been a long time since I watched a Korean dorama without sleep in the middle of watching the dorama. The last Korean dorama I watched was "The moon that embracess the sun" and I sleep in some of its episode but this Reply 1994 dorama was different. This dorama was so unpredictable, and all of the episode was full of twist, so interesting. Full of emotion, laugh, gloomy even sad and touchy. I like the way of the director made this dorama.
The story's setting was in a boarding house. Seven of University's students with different backgrounds, lived in a same house and sharing their daily life; they are Sung Na-jung (main female character); Sseureki (meaning "Garbage" or "Trash", a medical student and also oppa of Na jung's best friend. Na jung first love); Chilbong (a baseball player, has a crush on Na-jung); Samcheonpo (He looks much older than he actually is); Haitai (His father is the CEO of the bus company Suncheon Transportation Inc, a playboy); Binggeure (Chilbong's cousin, and Garbage's lowerclassman in school); Jo Yoon-jin (Samcheonpo's girlfriend). The plot of the story was shifted between year 1994 and year 2013. The story was about how their life changed from the very first time they went to college in 1994 until they met again in 2013. Even from the setting time was very interesting.
Just like any Korean dorama, the main story of the dorama was about triangle love among Na jung, Sseureki and Chilbong; but the director explain about other role life also. It was 21 episode and the director explain about all of the characters' life detailed. And about the main triangle love, you will never know the answer about who is Na Jung's husband until you watched the dorama until the end. The director did not tell you who was it you watched episode 21 of the dorama. What made this dorama different to others? First, time setting of the dorama and then the character name of the dorama, all of the character's real name was Joon. The called each other just by nickname except for Samcheonpo.
Overall it was a very nice movie, even the cast not familiar for me it was still a good dorama. Good dorama is good no matter who are the cast. I like the time setting, the twist in the story and I like how the director made us wanted to watch the dorama untill the end. Like it!
That's all for today! Jya mata da ne~ Annyeong~ ^0^
